pp99 Terms & Conditions
This page sets out all the official terms covering account registration, deposits & withdrawals, bonuses, and responsibilities that you should know when using the pp99 platform.
1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pp99 platform (https://pp99.xin) and anyone who accesses it ("player" or "you"). By accessing this platform, registering an account, or attempting to play, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with all of them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, stop using the platform immediately. pp99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update is made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Restriction
Players must be at least 21 years old to access and play on the pp99 platform. By accessing this platform on any device, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 One Account Per Person Policy
Each player may only open one personal account at pp99. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all such accounts may be closed. Any funds in accounts opened with the intent to commit bonus fraud will be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. pp99 may close accounts registered with false information, and funds in such accounts will not be paid out. Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.
2.4 Account Security
Players must keep their login credentials and password confidential and are responsible for all activity on their account. Sharing account access with others is not permitted.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
pp99 accepts KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay for deposits and withdrawals. No commission is charged on deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, any fees charged by payment service providers are to be borne by the player.
3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount using any payment method is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be processed successfully.
3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals can only be processed after the wagering requirements have been met.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal transactions are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. All transactions run on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT) and may take slightly longer depending on the local payment network.
3.5 Withdrawal Verification
pp99 reserves the right to verify a player's personal information before processing any withdrawal. If verification fails, the withdrawal may be delayed or cancelled. The account used for withdrawal should match the payment method used for the deposit.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit at pp99 can receive a bonus of 150% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal can be made.
Example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
- Deposit 140,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks → Balance 240,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks
4.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions
The bonus can only be claimed once per individual account. pp99 will investigate any attempts by a single person to claim the bonus repeatedly using multiple accounts, and those accounts may be closed.
4.3 Promotion Updates
pp99 may release additional promotions from time to time. The specific terms for each promotion will be published alongside the promotion announcement so players can check them. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn as cash once the wagering requirements have been met.
5. VIP Tier Programme
pp99 assigns VIP tiers to players based on their level of play. Each VIP tier comes with a weekly cashback rate, as shown below —
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2% per tier
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5% per tier
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7% per tier
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0% per tier
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2% per tier
VIP tier promotions and demotions are based on a player's wagering volume and consistency, and will follow the tier advancement and demotion system set by pp99.
6. Fair Play and Gaming Integrity
6.1 Fair Play Policy
pp99 is committed to providing equal and fair games for all players. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used in casino games and slots, so game outcomes cannot be predicted in advance.
6.2 Player Conduct
Players must not attempt to exploit the platform through unauthorised means. This includes the use of software tools, bots, or any attempts to manipulate the gaming system. If such conduct is detected, the account may be closed and any winnings obtained may be voided.
6.3 Anti-Money Laundering Restrictions
pp99 reserves the right to set deposit, withdrawal and bonus limits for individual players to prevent money laundering. In the event of financial irregularities, action will be taken in accordance with the laws and regulations set by the relevant public authorities.
7. Personal Data and Security
pp99 protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology. Player data will not be shared with third parties and will only be used to improve our services and carry out financial verification. By accessing and playing on this platform, the player is considered to have agreed that their personal information may be stored and used for verification in accordance with this policy.
8. Responsible Gaming Policy

If a player under the age of 21 is found to be playing, their account will be immediately closed and an investigation will be conducted.
9. Service Suspension and Account Closure
pp99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a player's account without prior notice if they breach these terms or if any financial irregularities are detected. Any genuine funds in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds) may be returned after the investigation is complete.

10. Limitation of Liability
The pp99 platform provides its services "as is". pp99 is not responsible for funds lost during play, consequential losses (including loss of income), or losses arising from third-party service failures.
By accessing and playing on the platform, the player agrees to take full personal responsibility for all risks associated with gaming.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising between a player and pp99 regarding these terms will first be addressed through mutual discussion and negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be handled in accordance with the framework set by pp99.
